## Что делать, если подписка закончилась

Как восстановить доступ, если срок действия подписки уже завершился.

Если подписка закончилась, подключение перестанет работать до продления доступа. После оплаты подписка обычно продлевается автоматически.

#### **Лучше продлевать заранее**

Если доступ уже закончился, Telegram и бот могут открываться нестабильно без другого интернета. Чтобы не потерять доступ к оплате, рекомендуем продлевать подписку до окончания срока действия.

#### Если не получается открыть Telegram-бота

Если подписка закончилась и Telegram-бот не открывается, попробуйте открыть Telegram без подключения.

Что можно сделать:

* отключите подключение в INCY или Happ;
* попробуйте открыть Telegram через мобильный интернет;
* подключитесь к другой сети Wi-Fi;
* попробуйте открыть Telegram позже;
* используйте другой доступный способ связи с поддержкой.
