Какие данные указать в обращении, чтобы поддержке не приходилось уточнять всё заново.

Чтобы мы быстрее помогли, сразу напишите основные данные по проблеме.

#### Что указать

* что именно произошло;
* какое у вас устройство;
* через какое приложение подключаетесь - INCY или Happ;
* какое подключение выбрано;
* есть ли ошибка или скриншот;
* ваш ID из приложения;
* Telegram username, если вопрос связан с оплатой или подпиской.

#### Пример обращения

Здравствуйте. Не подключается на iPhone через INCY. Подписка добавилась, выбрал Финляндию, но подключение не включается. Мой ID: 123456. Скриншот ошибки прикрепил.
